These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made through Aquamarine365.
- BOOKINGS
A booking becomes confirmed only after payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
- MINIMUM AGE
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and accepts responsibility for all guests occupying the property.
- PAYMENTS
Payment terms will be displayed during the booking process. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT
Some properties may require a refundable security deposit. Deductions may be made for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or breaches of house rules.
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Standard check-in and check-out times are specified within the booking confirmation.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
- OCCUPANCY
Only registered guests may stay at the property.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
- GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests agree to:
• Respect neighbours
• Follow all house rules
• Keep the property secure
• Leave the property in reasonable condition
• Report damages immediately
- LIABILITY
Guests use all facilities including swimming pools, balconies, terraces, stairs, and outdoor areas at their own risk.
Aquamarine365 shall not be liable for:
• Loss of personal belongings
• Accidents resulting from guest negligence
• Utility interruptions
• Internet outages
• Force majeure events
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if guests engage in illegal activities, cause serious disturbance, or violate house rules.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
